M-560 M-561 both elevators used for separating the maxillary sinus membrane from the bone.
The other tip will be used to push sinus window into the hollow maxillary cave.
M-571 The Schneiderian membrane of the sinus can be detached with elevator by 1-2mm along the total cortical bone
